Terms

Feature Exhibits are available exclusively to non-represented artists of the Gallery. The acceptance of submissions is at the Gallery's discretion

All works presented must be approved by the Gallery prior to exhibiting to ensure quality and alignment to Gallery aesthetics

The Gallery takes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to artwork during transit, installation or de-installation

The Gallery takes 10% administrative fee on the pre-GST amount of all sales made during the exhibit. For Example, if an artwork is sold for $1,100; where $100 is GST to be paid to the ATO, the Gallery administrative fee will be 10% of the remaining $1,000, resulting in $100. If the Artist is GST-registered, the Gallery administrative fee will be 10% of the retail price.

All payments for sold works will be made to the Artist within 30 days of the closing date of the exhibit

Shipping of all sales made during the exhibit will be coordinated by the Gallery following exhibit close date

The Gallery reserves the right to use exhibited artwork images and information for any display or promotional purposes

Artist Responsibilities

Artist to de-install exhibit by unhanging all works and removing from gallery on an agreed date following exhibit close

Artist to confirm Exhibit Title, Artist Statement, Artist Biography/CV, list of agreed artworks and final pricing 4-weeks prior to the exhibit date

Final pricing is set by the Artist and must consider 10% GST, which will be paid to the ATO

The Artist must be fully insured to cover loss, theft or damage to artwork

The Artist is responsible to collect any unsold works following the closing date of the exhibit

It is beneficial for the Artist to attend the opening and encourage their own followers to attend the opening and exhibit dates

As part of the collaboration of this Agreement, the Gallery asks that the Artist promote their exhibit in addition to the Gallery’s marketing

The Artist is required to sign an agreement upon acceptance of a successful proposed exhibit stipulating all terms and responsibilities
