Helen Brancatisano
”These new landscapes speak of our pilgrimage through time and place in the face of the unpredictability of change.”
Thomas Bucich
"Recent works are the embodiment of my meditations on the pursuits of life, love, flight and other ephemeral experiences, creating weight from transience. Holding moments until they evaporate."
Maria Gorton
”I’m exploring the beautiful mystery of heart mind consciousness - through gesture, colour and form.”

Romantic Brutalism
‘Romantic Brutalism’ by Christophe Domergue (2025 Archiabld Finalist) is a special collection of recent works completed in 2025.
This collection was created mainly from his ‘peelings’ of Sydney's iconic Carriageworks in Redfern. The performative work is a collision of finding inspiring locations, creating a ‘found object’ reminiscent of the Arte Povera movement, and the curated layering of it all through his process that is created outside the studio, onsite like a plein air painter.
The finished works have some sense of a Romantic Landscape contrasted against a Brutalistist Architectural concrete element that floats lightly on a wall.

Gary Christian - Solo Exhibit - Life's Odyssey: Painting and Sculpture
Life's Odyssey: Painting and Sculpture
Odysseus's ten-year journey from battle-ravaged Troy to his home in Ithaca has long been a metaphor for the trials of life. Grief or trauma, of any kind, a brush with death, can focus one's attention. For me, this occurred recently. In Life's Odyssey: Painting and Sculpture, I paint through the shifting emotions to come up with something on the canvas that expresses human transformation in times of turbulence. We all get knocked about by life at some stage. This exhibition is a depiction of the attempt to find beauty as we travel through the suffering of this world— through this turgid mortal coil. The works, painting and sculpture, each speak to the unknown: trouble on the high seas, the call of the sirens, and sailing through the fog of life's difficulties.
